We are located in Parañaque City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All candles are made to order so nothing goes to waste. Production time usually takes 1-3 days. 

Can I return my empty candle jars and have it refilled?
We do not offer a return and refill program. Although, our jars are reusable!

Do you do bulk orders?
Yes, we offer bulk orders. Send us an email at hello@sumahome.co if you are interested.

What is your refund policy?
Currently, we do not accept refunds or exchanges. If you are having trouble with your order, reach out to us so we can make it right!
